Dieser 1996 Rover Mini Cooper ist der Inbegriff britischer Fahrfreude. Klein, frech, direkt \u2013 und mit einem Fahrgef\u00fchl, das man heute kaum noch findet. Der 1.3-Liter-Motor mit Einspritzung liefert 53 PS, doch wichtiger ist: Er h\u00e4ngt gierig am Gas, zieht sauber durch und macht in Kurven einfach s\u00fcchtig.<\/p>\n

Die Karosserie zeigt sich in klassischem, gut gepflegtem Blau und innen erwartet dich ein charmantes und massiv aufgepepptes Interieur in passenden Wagen- und Akzentfarben. Der Innenraum und die potente Audioanlage sind komplett neu und auch am Motor und am Unterboden wurde sehr viel investiert. S\u00e4mtliche Arbeiten wurden in den Jahren 2024 und 2025 erledigt und haben knapp 20’000 CHF verschlungen.<\/p>\n

Technisch wie optisch ist dieser Mini also bestens gepflegt: Lenkung, Fahrwerk, Bremsen \u2013 alles pr\u00e4zise und spielfrei. Der Wagen bietet authentischen Fahrspass bei jeder Geschwindigkeit und zieht garantiert alle Blicke auf sich.<\/p>\n

Wer einen top gewarteten und gepflegten Mini in der Cooper Ausf\u00fchrung sucht, macht bei diesem Liebhaberst\u00fcck garantiert nichts falsch.<\/p>\n

1956 beherrschte die Suez-Krise durch den dadurch entstandenen Treibstoff-Engpass die Spritpreise. In Grossbritannien erhielten Autofahrer jeweils nur 40 Liter Benzin im Monat und sparsame Kleinwagen waren pl\u00f6tzlich sehr gefragt.<\/p>\n

Diese Fahrzeug-Kategorie gab es bereits und die Kleinwagen wurden meist aus Deutschland nach Grossbritannien importiert. F\u00fcr Leonard Lord, dem damaligen Chef der British Motor Corporation (BMC), war das alles andere als erfreulich. Dar\u00fcber hinaus war er von der Optik der \u00abBubble Cars\u00bb regelrecht angewidert.<\/p>\n

Um m\u00f6glichst rasch an einen komplett neuen und vor allem britischen Kleinwagen zu kommen hat Lord Sir Alec Issigonis als Chefkonstrukteur angeworben, der bereits den Morris Minor entworfen und sp\u00e4ter zur Alvis Car and Engineering Company Ltd gewechselt hatte.<\/p>\n

Issigonis traf sich anno 1957 regelm\u00e4ssig mit seinen Freunden in einem kleinen Restaurant, um Ideen auszutauschen. In diesem Lokal entstanden die ersten Entw\u00fcrfe zum classic Mini auf Servietten. Diese Skizzen zeigten nichts Geringeres als die Zukunft aller Kleinwagen.<\/p>\n

Ein quer eingebauter Motor und Frontantrieb waren keine Neuheit, aber die Verteilung aller Elemente war revolution\u00e4r. Der gesamte Antrieb nahm lediglich 60 Zentimeter in Anspruch. Erreicht wurde dies, indem der Motor quer \u00fcber dem Getriebe und der K\u00fchler in Fahrtrichtung daneben montiert wurde und die \u00d6lwanne sowohl das Getriebe als auch den Motor schmierte. Damit dem Antrieb und den Insassen so viel Platz wie m\u00f6glich zugute kommen konnte, wurde die vier R\u00e4der an den \u00e4ussersten Ecken des Wagens positioniert. Diese wurden dank Herrn Alex Moulton, der auch durch die Hydrolastic- oder auch Whisky-Soda-Federung bekannt wurde, mittels Gummielementen gefedert. Die Innenmasse wurden ganz einfach definiert: Man hat vier Sessel zusammengestellt und vier Personen verschiedener Gr\u00f6ssen darauf sitzen lassen. Die f\u00fcnfte beteiligte Person hat die H\u00f6he gemessen und den Umriss auf den Boden gemalt.<\/p>\n

In 1959, the first classic Mini with the model names Austin Seven and Morris Mini Minor rolled off the production line and the model was officially presented at the London Motor Show on August 26, 1959.<\/p>\n

Der Mini wurde zur Ikone und \u00fcber Jahrzehnte hinweg haben verschiedene Konzerne den Mini im Werk Longbridge bei Oxford produziert und immer weiter modifiziert. Die British Motor Corporation, sp\u00e4ter British Leyland und schlussendlich Rover, welche 1994 inklusive der Marken Mini, Land Rover und MG von BMW \u00fcbernommen wurde. Optisch wurde nur wenig am Fahrzeug ver\u00e4ndert, bis im Jahr 2000 der letzte classic Mini produziert wurde. Seit 1959 wurden \u00fcber 5,3 Millionen MINI hergestellt.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
