Ford Mustang Cobra II

After the oil crisis of 1973, Ford had to take a new direction. The big muscle car idea seemed to be over, and so the Mustang II was created, on the basis of which the Cobra II variants were later developed. While purist fans were skeptical at the time, the Mustang II is enjoying growing popularity today - precisely because it represents a piece of authentic 70s automotive history.

The Cobra II, introduced in 1976, was a sportily styled version that was visually reminiscent of the aggressive Mustangs of the late 60s.
